消臭整理劑 HOLPOSON? Hulk

HOLPOSON? Hulk 是我司東華大學(xué)博士團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)的紡織品消臭整理劑，能夠有效吸附氨、硫化氫、胺、甲基硫醇以及苯酚，氧化氮、醛類等有刺激氣味的臭氣，具有良好的凈化異味氣體功能，為適用人群營(yíng)造舒適清新安全的生活環(huán)境。消臭整理劑HOLPOSON? Hulk可以在滌綸，棉，粘膠及混紡織物后整理工藝添加，適用于：家紡、服裝、地毯、窗簾、襪子、車內(nèi)飾等領(lǐng)域。支持檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有：GB/T 33610.2-2017、ISO 17299-2-2014、JEC 301-2013、GB/T 33610.1-2019、ISO 17299-1-2014、JEC 301-2013、GB/T 33610.3-2019、ISO 17299-3-2014、JEC 301-2013等。

二、使用方法
稀釋方法：先將消臭劑HOLPOSON? Hulk 用60度熱水化料，一邊攪拌一邊慢慢加水，稀釋到所需要的濃度，用冰醋酸調(diào)節(jié)PH至5~6
浸軋法
用量：30-40 g/l 軋液率：70-80%，二浸二軋 烘干：130-140℃


注意事項(xiàng)
1：配制好的溶液請(qǐng)于8小時(shí)內(nèi)使用
2：對(duì)于漂白增白織物或者深色織物可能會(huì)有顏色變化，請(qǐng)使用前實(shí)驗(yàn)確認(rèn)
3：處理的面料手感會(huì)有變化，請(qǐng)使用前實(shí)驗(yàn)確認(rèn)

貯 存
HOLPOSON? Hulk 包裝：25KG塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個(gè)月。室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。

Hulk is a effective deodorizing finishing agent developed by the doctoral team of Donghua University of our company. It can effectively absorb ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, trimethylamine, methyl mercaptan, phenol, nitrogen oxide, aldehydes and other pungent odors. It has a good purification and adsorption function and creates a comfortable and safe living environment for people. The deodorant finishing agent HOLPOSON? Hulk can be added in the finishing process of polyester, cotton, viscose and blended fabrics. It is suitable for home textiles, clothing, carpets, curtains, socks, car interiors and other fields.

Solubility: Dissolve in hot water above 60℃
Usage:
Dilution method: First, use 60 degree hot water to dissolve the deodorant Hulk, then add water slowly while stirring, then dilute to the required concentration, finally adjust the pH to 5-6 with glacial acetic acid
1. Padding
Dosage: 30-40g/L.
Liquid retention rate: 70-80% (dip and roll twice).
Drying at 130-140 ℃

Attentions:
1. Please use the prepared solution within 8 hours.
2. For bleached and whitened fabrics or dark fabrics, there may be color changes, please confirm through tests before use.
3. The hand feel of the treated fabric will change, please confirm through tests before use.
