HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity 賦予紡織品優(yōu)良的防水防油防污性以及耐洗性。適用于棉、滌綸、纖維素纖維及其混紡織物。 經(jīng)三防整理劑HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity 整理后的織物具有耐久的防水、防油性能、防污性能。且適合于如下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：防水AATCC 22、防油AATCC 118、防污AATCC 130等檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

二、使用方法

三防整理劑HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity 通常通過浸軋法加工使用。

推薦配方：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處方的使用濃度根據(jù)對(duì)象纖維材料不同,一般情況下標(biāo)濃度為:

三防整理劑HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity 40～80g/L

干燥條件 100～120℃ ×1～3分鐘

焙烘條件 160～170℃ ×1～3分鐘

軋液率: 約60-80%(取決于纖維)

3.不影響整理加工織物的手感

Three proofing finishing agent HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity gives all kinds of fibers excellent waterproof, oil and dirt resistance, soft hand feel and wash durability. It is suitable for cotton, polyester, cellulose fiber and their blended fabrics.

The fabric treated with three proofing finishing agent HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity has durable and high-level waterproof, oil-proof and soil release properties. And it’s compliant with the following standards: AATCC 22 (waterproof), AATCC 118 (oil-proof), AATCC 130 (soil release), etc.

Usage:

HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity is usually used in padding.

Recommended recipe: the concentration of the standard recipe depends on the fiber material. In general, the standard concentration is:

HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity: 40-80g/L

Drying condition: 100-120 ℃× 1-3 minutes

Baking condition: 160-170 ℃× 1-3 minutes

Liquid retention rate: About 60-80% (depending on fiber type)



Characteristics:

1. HOLPOSON? Proof Trinity endows cotton and other cellulose fibers, polyester, nylon and other synthetic fibers and their blends with excellent water and oil repellent and soil release properties and high wash durability.

2. Oily stains are not easy to penetrate inside the fabric. During the washing process, the stains can be easily washed away to make the fabric constantly clean.

3. It does not affect the hand feeling of finished fabrics.

Store indoor and avoid overheat and severe cold.
