整機(jī)特性：
1.電阻對(duì)焊是將兩工件端面始終壓緊，利用電阻熱將接觸部分加熱至塑性狀態(tài)，然后迅速施加頂鍛壓力或不加頂鍛壓力只保持焊接壓力，來(lái)完成焊接的方法；
2.同閃光對(duì)焊相比，電阻對(duì)焊操作簡(jiǎn)單，價(jià)格實(shí)惠，焊接；
3.焊接后接頭光滑，毛刺小；
4.結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)精巧，對(duì)精細(xì)不一的工件焊接容易調(diào)整,的對(duì)焊機(jī)控制電路，確保焊接質(zhì)量；
5.主要用于對(duì)焊截面積小于250mm的金屬型材，如鐵線、板料、管材等等。


Main features::
1.AC Resistance Butt Welding is the welding method that the end surfaces of two parts are pressed tightly,and the resistance heat is used to heat up the surfaces to the plasticized status,then the upsetting force quickly press them together more tight again or without applying the upsetting force pressure,just only hold on the welding pressure to complete the welding;
pared to Flash Butt Welding,Resistance Welding is much easily to for worker use and operate,the cost is much lower,welding productivity is also higher;
3.The welded joint is smooth.and the welding burrs are small;
4. The structure is designed compactly which is very easily to be adjusted to weld different parts. The special butt welding control circuits ensure the welding quality;
5. Mainly used for butt welding various metal material with welding section area less than 250mm,such as iron,wires,steel sheet,pipes,etc.
